Difference is the added hydrocortisone. Other then that same thing. Think the added ingredient helps with itch or pain. My vet told me not to use hydrocortisone. For some reason

I don't remember the ingredients... this was recommended by the vet and it cleared up the problem. You could look on the box for detailed analysis of ingredients.

What is the difference between the enzymatic ear solution and the ear cleaning solution?
