Came 2 days earlier than forecast, well boxed. The product goes on like runny honey, dries with a darker than the stones satin finish and looks great. It's walkable after a day or so.

This has been the best buy! So good we ordered more. The patio looks as good as when it was first done by a great company. Very impressed, easy to use and we a more than happy.

I applied 2 coats after a jet wash and I am pleased with the result. The smell of the product whilst applying is quite strong, but it goes on well. So far I am very pleased with the result. I will post an update in a year’s time to report on whether the sealant survives a winter!

These concrete paving slabs are 30-35yrs old. They were mainly red with a few buff coloured ones. Many had dark stains on them and generally looking tatty. I became aware of this product and viewed their YOUTUBE instructions. I followed them to the letter and am really pleased with the result. I gave it three coats. We recently took part in an Open Gardens event, about half of the hundred or so people who came to our garden commented positively on the patio. The only area I had difficulty with was where I had replaced a couple of slabs with new ones. The product seemed less willing to stick to those.George South Yorkshire

i asked smartseal a question - which product is best for ordinary flagstones/paving stones - alex smartseal seller advised their smartseal patio sealer for precast concrete slabs - so took his advice applied as advised to parking area/flagstones just power cleaned and looking a brand new concrete white.applied this product to preserve and seal and the result being the driveway now a dirty yellow and looks atrocious!! so thank you alex-smatseal seller for your advice of a product that's ruined my driveway.BE WARNED DO NOT BUY SMARTSEAL PATIO SEALER.
