I don’t take them every day. I only take them when I start to feel sick and I only need to take them for a couple of days and I feel better. Ran out of them for a couple months because I couldn’t afford to get more and the husband and I were sick the entire month of February. I can’t say that we got sick because we didn’t have them, but the timing was a bit weird. Haven’t gotten sick since we bought more. These are the ones to buy. We tried another brand with quercetin, zinc and Vit C and they were nowhere near as effective as this brand.

As an RN, I am pretty picky about my supplements! One of the most important things for me is that my supplements be 3rd party tested. This combined supplement are tested with ISO certified labs in the US, and also FDA registered and GMP certified. I love the combination of vital ingredients that are known to synergistically work together to support immune health (as well as many other benefits!) It's so much easier to take these combination capsules than trying to juggle not only handling, but also ordering multiple bottles! It also cuts down significantly on spending, as buying each separately would be so much more expensive! These are not too big to swallow easily, and they are very smooth going down. I am not the best person to ask about taste, as my sense of taste is mediocre at best, but I have noticed nothing while swallowing nor after swallowing these! All in all, these are fantastic for prophylactic healthcare...now, if we can just convince them to add vitamin K2.... :)

These are my travel must haves - great immunity support- the pill size is easy to swallow and has no nasty aftertaste taste. I feel that they are effective in keeping me healthy for air travel.

I used to get sick all the time no matter what time of the year it was. I started taking these a few years ago and it has been extreamly effective. I now maybe get sick once or twice a year which has been a huge change for me. They are a bit pricey but worth it due to how the amount of times I’ve gotten sick has dropped drastically.

This product has all the important ingredients for your immune system in one pill. I dont have three or four different capsules to take veryday.

Do not take this if you drink red wine? Zinc content way over for daily use

The picture in the advert clearly appears of two bottles. When questioned, was told its the front and back of the bottle. Normally, sellers offer back and front pictures separately not in one picture as if to indicate two bottles. This misleading. Won't buy from them again.
