Update: this thing is a piece of junk- the temps that are read vary by which slot you plug the probe into. Off by 25 deg to itself and the about 35 deg off from other thermometers. I threw it away. Don’t buy.Overall I like this Thermometer - easy to read,easy to use, compact and has 4 probes which is helpful when smoking meats. The only reason I dropped it one star is that the interface for the app is not my favorite and could be cleaner and less cumbersome to use. Otherwise works as it should.

So I got this and hadn't used it. Unboxed it and missing a probe. Overall seems to work but not having the fourth probe doesnt impress me. Normally put 1 probe in the grill and 3 in the meat to ensure my Temps stay consistant. Overall it works.

As advertised and MORE! This is the by far the best meat thermometer I've owned. It is user friendly even with the many features. I like to save time by cooking all sorts of different meats on my smoker once a week and keeping it in portions for easy suppers throughout the week. Salmon/fish, chicken, steak and pork are all on the grill at the same time. The four probes that read separately is ingenious! There's no guess work. The alarm sounds when each meat reaches the desired temperature so I can remove it and allow the other meats to finish cooking. It's so nice to be able to leave food on the smoker outside with no worries of under or over cooking while I'm busy in the house with other chores. This is amazing!

I wish I could ask someone how to set the alarm to alert me when the temp falls below a certain degree.I need to let my brisket rest in a warm oven over night. I can’t allow it to fall below 141l° and I don’t want it above 175°. When I set an alarm for 140° is automatically goes off alerting me that it has reached 140°. It will not alert me again when it falls below 140°. Can anyone figure out to set it so it doesn’t alert me when its higher than 140°? I know that its reach 140°.. stop beeping.. just let ne know when its below 140°. As far as I can tell.. nothing in the ap can be set to tell me that though at the top of the screen.. its says its capable of doing so. Heeelp!! Leave a review and let me know!

Gave it a 2 because it works great in the grill and smoker and the remote monitoring on the app is a convenient feature. The metal wire is designed to be closed in the door of an oven lid of a grill. Tried to use it in the oven. The temperature read accurately immediately upon plugging in the probe and putting it in the meat. As soon as the oven door is closed the temp disappears and the app gives a message advising to insert the probe first. Tried all four probes and result was the same. If it can't be used in an oven it is virtually useless.

This thermometer has been outstanding for the month I've had it! I've done 2 successful pork shoulders thanks to this easy-to-use wireless thermometer. Both times it was easy to get it set-up on my phone and the probes seem durable enough to withstand back to back uses at 225°f for about 14 hours each time. Overall a quality product, I just hope it stands the test of time!

Don't drop it, as soon as I opened the box on my counter it fell out and hit the floor, I can only read the two bottom temps now
