After abit of research, I decided to give it a try myself. I was under a lot of stress due to some personal reasons after a few weeks, I felt as if I didn’t care nore more about it - or I didn’t allow myself to feel any emotion towards it which helped me get by it. Fitness wise I was training hard anyways but it gave me a boost. I have always been natural and never exceeded more than ever 34kg on flat bench press. After a month on this I was pushing 40kg. However I did zone out and completely lose interest. Upon looking further research, this can happen. And it’s best to cycle this 90 days at a time. I will do it again but have a remedy in place so I don’t lose motivation

Great product but so much plastic in the packaging that i cannot consider buying it again. The box was huge, much too big for the contents. I urge the company to get on board with finding an alternative to plastic containers. It's a real shame as the product is great but i will shop elsewhere until they change this

This is a very good product and a rare find. The combination of ashwagandha with fulvic acid is inspired. I have been taking this for a few weeks now, and am finding a lot more energy whilst also feeling calm. I had wrist pains that have gone since I started taking this and my digestion seems to have improved. I went for the Swiss Bioenergetics brand because: (i) this is a hard product to find elsewhere; (ii) I have used their products before and they have always been quite good; (iii) this is the best value for money.

My husband has this on a subscription from Amazon and swears by it. He says it has helped calm his mind and feel more focused.
