Ender 3 Fan
Direct fit. Exactly what I needed. Cables were a bit different but easily got it working.

Perfect match for my Ender 3 V2 Neo
I only replaced the part cooling blower, but this worked just fine on my Ender 3 V2 Neo. The cables were the right length and the same polarity and colors as the original. The blower has a different Creality part number, but it is a perfectly good substitute for the CHA4024RM-10B. The parts I received matched the listing photos. I didn't even realize my fan was dead, but I was getting some weird zigzagging on a retraction test. Also, if you don't hear the blower spin down at the end of a print, it's probably shot. You can see the difference in the test prints before and after the replacement. I think my blower died after a major overnight nozzle blob happened.

Great price for a great replacement. Wires are more than long enough. I didn't like having to splice on of the wire sets together though. The quality is just as good as what I took off. The fan make the normal fan sound that we all hate. They installation was to bad although, they could have made it where you just unclip the old wire and clip the new ones in. One I had it installed it worked like a champ. Never had an issue with over heating. I would definitely recommend.

No screws dont throw away stock ones
Fans work great but do not come with the screws to install so keep your stock ones. Also parts cooling fan does not have the piece to direct airflow so hold on to the stock one also.

Just like the oem fans
I installed these fans 6 months ago and still havent had to replace. The install was super easy and pretty straight forward I actually liked crimping the wire back together instead of having to run it all the way back to my board it. Its just like the oem fans. Also great for side projects as well

Did not come with correct connector :(
Did not come with correct connector :( But with some easy work. i just swapped the ends and got everything working :D works great and is silent with no raddling noise!

Spare parts backup
Bought an Ender 3 v2 and within two days the fans were making horrible noise. I got these as backups as the originals are doomed to fail at some point. It's been printing over 30 days straight and I'm still using the original fans. YMMV

Easy replacement fans
Cheap fans to replace on your printer - they run fine, quietly and push enough air for Ender-3 speeds. Installation is a little bit of a chore so be prepared to do a little of your own wiring.
