The alignment trainer serves its purpose by slowly re-aligning your teeth. On first using it, it is extremely uncomfortable, but that is to be expected. Sleeping with it doesn't seem to be a problem after a few days. The original soreness I felt seems to be in the proper spots in my gums to readjust my teeth to a more even alignment. I prefer the hard style instead of the soft because I actually broke the soft style trainer after a few months of use and biting down too hard. If you have any kind of unsightly tooth alignment issues, this is so much a better choice than actual dental work/braces, especially when considering the price. Recommend washing and drying it after taking it off in the mornings.

Please don’t use this type of aligner. Because everyone jaw shape is different. I lost 1 front tooth with the pressure of this aligner. Requesting all consult orthodontics for best result. Don’t think for cheap price. I will make you pay huge price for your teeth health issue in future.

Decent Would recommend

These are easy to use and very comfortable. It took me a couple of tries to get the fit right but because it's very forgiving in terms of the molding stage that made it easy and non-stressful. I will definitely buy these again when I'm ready. I should note that I had chronic headaches from jaw clenching in my sleep but these have resolved that problem.

You only end up vomiting

It is very worst product , waste to use and waste of money . It wasn't worth it buying this and I am not satisfied with this product. Will not recommend you to buy this
