beast of a drill
for a compact drill, or any drill really, this thing has some power. i ordered bc i was having issues with a project, the wood was too hard to use nails, they would bend no matter what. nailgun wouldnt even penetrate enough. finished it in about 10 minutes with the drill n some screws. needed a drill anyways and green is my fav color lol. 2 batteries and a bag also. not to mention light for night projects, and i love how the batteries easily tell how much juice is left.

Great all purpose homeowner's drill
Lightweight, 2 batteries included and also a carry/tote bag. Would have preferred a hard case, but for the price, it's a good deal. Definitely not contractor grade, but still a great all purpose homeowner's drill. The batteries last as long as any of the several drills I have owned over the last 20 years.Seems to have decent torque for drilling into harder woods & metal. Price is very affordable for what you get with this combo unit.

The media could not be loaded. I know Hitachi gave it up the metabo and now they created a drill that 620 inch pounds for those don't don't understand that's about 55 ft pounds That's phenomenal out of a drill The metabo and Hitachi are very good marks of tools especially the tools they've created when the company's joined.

Excellent power and battery life. It is well made and comfortable to use.

Durable and good torque
I bought this to replace an older Hitachi drill that uses the same battery packs. I thought I was getting an equivalent model but this one has more torque. Bear in mind that the first one I bought, over a decade ago, stunned me by having more torque than my old power cord B&D 1/2" drill. I use these drills hard and they never disappoint.

The chuck would not hold drills tightly.
