A good exercise book with plenty to do.

Got this as a set with the other 2 books and these are amazing! they provide exam questions organised by topic and even has answers at the back. they have exam style review questions right before the answer section and answers for them are also provided, This pairs well with the matching revision guides and are amazing for students.

Purchased the full revision set ( workbook, textbook and flashcards) for biology, physics and chemistry. Revision guide allowed me to pre read, revise and catch up on content. The workbook provides a comprehensive range of questions (recommend completing in pencil) with answers at the back for marking. Flashcards are really convenient for active recall and highlighting weak areas. Highly recommend!

This follows the example spec faithfully and is really useful for revision for tests. Of course due to the vast content of this subject, there are only a couple of questions per topic, but spot on for helping kids to revise.

As a GCSE student being the first year to take the new exams, I found science exams in particular very daunting due to the increased amount of knowledge that now needs to be retained and also the lack of past papers and questions available in the new style. On the AQA website, there were only 2 specimens released for each paper and not much detail on what examiners would be looking for so even if you had learnt the knowledge, you couldn't be sure on how to answer a question on it! I bought these books for each subject and answered and then marked every single question in them and honestly they were a life saver. The mark schemes at the back got me to think about what the question wanted me to say and I truly believe that these books improved my grades enormously. These are essential for perfecting exam technique and confirming your knowledge!
