How do I keep the stand from falling over after attaching this? Even before I add the synths, it'll make the stand fall over and especially after.

My stand was a proline double x didn't have a tiping problem. I would not recommend buying the ksa8500,l had to modify mine to suit my needs. not as universal as they advertise.

Will this work with the rockjam z style adjustable and portable" stand?
