Although not inexpensive, having all 4 colors included in 1 pkg is convenient...the XL also gives more prints...

Unfortunately the product still comes from Staples. Had a bad experience when returning Amazon items. During returns we were down to the last item when the clerk walked away from us to handle a Staple’s customer. It took the clerk over ten minutes just to figure out if the customer had a rewards card. When we said something, the clerk replied he had to handle Staples’s customers first. We were only 2 minutes away from completing the return. I guess the laptop, printer, print cartridges and office equipment and supplies we purchased through them don’t count as us being their customers. Now we return Amazon items at Whole Foods where we are treated without the attitude and are able to purchase items while we are in the store. Staples’s should send their worker’s to marketing training and focus on POP training.

Great HP replacement. XL is supposed to be greater ink capacity but mine already says it’s low on ink. Doesn’t leak on HP Printers.

The order was fine but the printer took a dump! Amazon is great about returning items.

Pricey but works fine in my HP Printer. Wish ink cost less. It arrived and time and was easy to install.

My HP printer will only work correctly if I used the HP products. The price is lower that the local suppliers, and they have always arrived within 24 hours of me placing the order. You can't beat that.

Cartridges were part of HP's insta ink program. If you are not enrolled, cartridges will not work. Waste of money unless you are enrolled...decription did not state this. Buyer beware, I guess.
