This gimbal had issues when I used for the 2nd time after having in storage for 6+ months, but contacted UoPlay via email customer service and they emailed me how to recalibrate the gyros in the gimbal and now it is working perfect. Was thinking I was ripped off when stopped working but after the positive customer service experience I would recommend. Only giving 4/5 though as I would have preferred to simply had a fully working unit that did not need such calibration maintenance.

This is still a show stopper if you walk the strip in Vegas with it or on Times square. Most people in the "snap quick photos with your phone" or "selfie stick" world have never heard of a gimbal. Now that this technology is becoming affordable, more of them will be seen out on the street.Very nice, smooth video recording with this thing. Only little drawback is relatively short battery life (that's why they give you two batteries!).

Do not buy this product. The instruction manual for it is crap. Customer service is worse than the instruction manual if you get a response. I purchased this product to use documenting my child's birth and it was awful it does not work properly and shakes. It impossible to set it fixed. If you are willing to purchase a product like this go for the more recognized brands st least you will get better customer support
