I thought this would affect the taste of my smoothies but it doesn’t. I feel so good about using it. At first, start with a SMALL amount and be sure to drink lots of water. Constipation is a side effect if you don’t start small and add on as your system gets used to it. Powerful addition to your nutrition.

I ordered this for a boost to my diet. Pros: great packaging. Love the zip top resealable pouch. The recommended serving size is 1 tsp, so this should last about 30-60 days, depending on how heaped your tsp is. The actual taste isn't great but it's all natural so I can get used to that. Cons: I can drink this like a shot as long as I don't inhale while I drink it. The smell is incredibly off putting to me, like rotting seaweed. I asked my husband and daughter if they found the smell terrible and it wasn't as bad for them so maybe I'm extra sensitive. Will buy again because I definitely feel more energetic after taking for 3 weeks!

I bought the chlorella/spirulina powder for other health purposes, and it's working well, but the most noticeable difference is my energy levels. I tend to have low iron, which leads me to be exhausted quite often and relying on coffee to get me through the afternoon. Since adding the powder to my morning juice, I often find that I don't need coffee and have stable energy through the day and am able to rest at night. I won't know if if my iron has improved for another couple of weeks, but combined with more greens in my diet, I think I may have found a solution. ALSO! I've tried multiple green powders over the years, and this one is hands down, my fav. Easy to mix and the taste is palatable in juice. I actually look forward to having this everyday. Highly recommended.
