I ordered and paid extra for it to come in 3hrs. Plugged it up to use it today and it didn't get hot AT ALL! I thought I needed to raise the temperature so I put it on the highest setting. Still nothing. Ended up going to my local beauty supply and buying one for 20. The clips are cute, but the product is poorly made and doesn't work. I saw some ppl saying theirs worked, lucky them. Only gave 5 stars so the review would be seen!

I have had this for a really long time now and it still works so well and it has a good heat to it. Make my styling so much easier. The price was good and I had my doubts but after so long it’s still working so good

Horrible! It barely heats up then cuts off automatically when it does heat up. I hate I threw away the box. I want to return this hot comb. I bought this comb over a month agao. The last two days I tried to use it for the 1st. The 1st time it I stated that it didn't get hot enough & it wasn't doing the job. I know how new hair heating equipment in. Sometimes you have to use it a few times before it starts doing what it supposed to do. So I tried again the next day and I left it plugged in while I do other stuff. I came back & it was cold and the power light was off. I thought I made a mistake on turning it on. I turn it back on and waited for it to heat again. This time it still wasn't hot enough but I still tried using it. Then after a few times running it through my section of hair I noticed the power light went off. So I turned it back on and watch it. It heated up (not very well) & turned off again. That is the real issue. I gave it 4 stars so my review won't be hidden.

This is the best thing since sliced bread. I have an old hot comb u out on the stove BUt I didn't know they had upgraded em to electric. Why didn't anyone tell me sooner. Well I know now and this will get much use. Works fine. Heats up quick & stays hot. The buttons r n an awkward place bc they're rt on the handle and u'll turn it off when using it but I just click it back on.

I don’t have too much to say but the size is perfect. The quality is enough and it’s easy to use and set up. The hot comb is very versatile deposit the heat could be better. Portability is easy so no worries. I mean for the price and the fact that it’s small and perfect size. I would say it’s a good deal if you need some quick and I would throw this in my travel suitcase or purse on the go and even at work lol.

I received what I paid for- this was cheap in cost and I understand why. It does not stay hot at the starting temperature. The heat guard comes off when being used and it does not align with the teeth of the hot comb. The cord is shorter than the average hair appliance cord.
