Runs small
I wear a large and these are slightly tight on me. Would recommend buying one size larger. Other then that it's does what is intended. If I order again I will definitely go one size larger

Inconsistant
The first time I ordered this item, the colors I received did not match what was depicted. Other than that, the fit was as described and I really liked the item, in fact I liked it so much I ordered 2 more 3 packs. The second pack colors did not match the first pack or the website, the material was different (thicker) and the size is smaller than the first pack (size on label matches the first). The third pack is also different from the first 2. So 1 out of 3 packs actually fits, even though all 3 packs are labeled the same size.

They fit around the waist, just the tube your penis goes in is way to small, it cut circulation off...

Love these finally found underwear that I dont have a bunch of problems with.No thin string in your crack,they bunch up but are still comfortable to me.Love the material also so far no problems will see about long run.Pouch does come off member some time,but not too often just make sure you use all the pouch.
