Are These Compostable?

Yes. That’s why I buy them. To use as compost. Last month I bought 300 lbs of them, composted them, and then sprinkled it all over my garden. Yeah, it cost almost $2000, but now my soil is rich and shiny looking.

They are not raw. They are steam pasteurized. Package says pasteurized. Product details says "steam pasteurized".
