I have been wearing these socks for 2 years now, with repeat orders. I use them as comfortable light compression socks. They hug your legs just tight enough to be comfortable. They don't fall down. They last through months and months of machine washing if you wash them in cool or cold water. Machine dry on low. I have never had one hole or unravelling with many months of wear. After about 1 year of use, the height of the sock shortens a bit, but the width stays the same. I threw away all my other daily wear socks. One thing to note: if you use bleach on the black socks, they turn brown. I am a female who wears men's socks to get more toe room.

I have this brand regular socks and decided to try their over-the-calf bamboo socks. These new socks are absolutely the best. I don’t know why I didn’t purchase them sooner. They provide terrific support without being a tourniquet and shutting off circulation. They stay in place and make my legs feel great. Another important quality is how well made they are. The fabric is so very soft and breathable yet strong enough to supply the perfect level of support. I could not be happier with this purchase. All of these qualities are combined with a very fair price and Amazon Prime delivery. A truly great deal!

very comfortable, soft, stays up throughout day - HOWEVER, the bottom of the sock wears out quickly. I continue to buy them because of the comfort and since I only get black, my socks still match when I have to throw one away when it gets a hole in it.

Best socks for all occasions

These socks last a long time. They are very comfortable and perfect for warm weather and cold.

So I've always had slightly larger calves and a lot of socks simply slide down over time and just aren't very comfortable in general. Lately I've also had some slight swelling in my legs, which made it even more problematic. I ended up buying a black and white pack of these since they appeared to have a generous stretch, and the overall consensus between other reviews I read seemed positive in most cases. These do indeed fit and stretch very nicely, and I haven't yet had them slide down. In fact most times you don't even notice them. Not sure about the bamboo hype, but the socks are very soft. First time buying these types of socks, and because they are very lightweight, stretch, I can see them maybe wearing out faster over time depending on what activities you do. However because of the comfort and flex, etc, seems worth the price.
