The item arrived on the committed day and includes all the tools. There is no glue included in the package, that has to be bought separately.

Replacing the Lumia 950XL lens is not feasible. I consulted local repair shops, none had special equipment required to glue the display to the lens. The right item would be a kit that includes the lens with attached display. That would be $200+, available from Amazon. Too much for a 3 years old phone, unless you love Lumia XL so much you have to fix it no matter what. The lens is waste of money. I suspected it would be, but decided to give it a try. Wasted $20. Return it is not worth the hassle.
