Hello, The sock is very good and I can sleep good as I know my baby is monitored if problem. But the camera doesn’t work never appair even after few try.. I don’t have any warranty to change it because owlet ask for the bill that I don’t have Not good.. thanks

Camera was working only one week, now you can’t reset it and setup again it’s just not reacting to any of suggested actions

Never have I had to spend so much time in setting this account. Do not buy it unless you are located in States or are willing to spend hours on the chat with numerous agents, some knowing what they are talking about, some not.

I bought this product the Cam worked find but the sensor refused with a message (( Can't use device in this region )) without any indication that it is region locked on the Amazon Page.... now i have useless baby sensor that i can't return or get refunded..

So I'm a new mum and a stresser. My Dad's twin sister passed away from sids as a baby. So I feel like I would constantly worry if I didn't have this. We weren't sure it was working at the start because it never went off until one night my babys oxygen levels went down one night due to being really congested and it went crazy with loud siren noise flashing red lights from the charging port and phone. I can now rest in peace without worrying.

I received this product a week ago and I have been testing it on our newborn baby for the last week. The product is packaged well and setting up is easy by downloading the owlet app and following the instructions. The camera quality is great in both daytime and nighttime using the night vision which changes automatically. The socks which strap to your babies foot is made from a nice soft material which is good to the babies skin and causes no irritation. Fully charged the battery in the sock lasts about 15 hours which is more than enough to last the night. The sock gives you live feedback of your babies oxygen levels and heart rate. If any of these go beyond the limits you get alerted on your phone through the app but also on the docking station which you keep at your bedside. The camera also monitors the temperature of the room your baby is in so you can make sure the baby is comfortable throughout the night. The audio feedback from the camera is very clear but the only downside is if you want to talk from your phone to the camera using the 2 way audio feature the quality is not that great and sounds crackly. This for me though is not a big problem because if I want to check on the baby or if there was any problem I would go to the babies room anyway. But to monitor the baby and listen then the product is very good. You also get extra sock in two different sizes and for both left and right feet so you can swap them around while washing a previously used sock. You also receive both European and Uk plugs. The product is a little on the expensive side but if it allows you to monitor your baby throughout the night and alert you if there are any problems then for me it’s well worth it.

My partner had issues with not sleeping so that she could keep a close eye on baby however with having this camera installed it really has made a difference. She sleeps better knowing that if any problems arise she will be informed. Design - The camera itself is robust and is the best designed camera I've seen on the market. Most feel like cheap plastic which feel like they will break easily. It mounts onto a 360 degree magnet ball which allows you to turn the camera to any angle with ease. The kit also comes with trunking that you can piece together to your desired length with corners included allowing for a nice clean installation and also safe without having cables hanging. Few notes - Comes with a spare sock for heavier babies (Came in handy for us). Long wire for the camera so can be placed more freely around the bedroom. Charing base for the sock sensor is quick and easy to use.
