Our baby is starting to get gum pain, and sometimes before or after feeding she just cant go down because of it. These little sticks have been a game changer. Instant relief, gets her calm enough to be soothed, and put down or to relax enough to eat and not fuss. You do have to be careful to grip the stick so the baby doesn't pull it in and swallow, once it's snapped, and usable the outer piece isn't fully attached, so you have to grip the stem of the swab stick. That aside great product, and a life saver at times.
