LupinePet Originals 1/2" Rain Song 10-16" Adjustable Collar for Small Dogs

When I got my dog, the collar he wore home was the lupine rain song collar. He outgrew it so fast, but luckily they had the exact same one in a longer length! I feel like this collar suits him very well. He has a matching leash to go with it, and another lupine collar/leash combo as well because I like to match.The pattern on this one is probably my favorite. It's not super flashy and in your face, but it's just the perfect splash of color combo that goes well with everything else. I also personally like this thin collar better than the thicker ones. On a small dog (or tiny 5lb puppy Larry) it looks thick and kind of bulky but not too bulky that it's bad. But on larger Larry or a medium 16-30lb dog it buries itself in the fur for the most part and gives that perfect splash of collar when he moves just right and it peeks out. When he lays out and hangs his head like this you can always see it very well though, but it's nice and thin like a little necklace.

My girl had a different, wider collar - maybe 3/4” and was constantly scratching at it. This one doesn’t seem to bother her at all and it’s still wide enough for security while on leash. Love the color!

I love the pattern and quality of this collar. It's thick woven material is nicer looking and stronger than the collars seen in popular chain stores. The color is as vibrant as it was the day I purchased it. My dog has such long fur that I don't get see the collar much, so I bought the matching leash just to be able to enjoy how pretty the pattern looks while we're out walking.

I had a hard time finding a collar that would fit my teeny chihuahua. I finally remembered Lupine. The 1/2" size is perfect for the little monster I lovingly call my roof rat. I have one of their keychains I've used daily for over 14 years and it's still in great shape.

I love this collar, it is beautiful to begin with and fits great. I like the size of the collar it's not too wide for my baby boy. Very well made.
