SinuPulse Traveler with 30 Sinuair Packets - Cordless Pulsating Nasal Irrigation Sinus Rinse System, Space Saving Cleaner & Relief Machine for Travel, More Effective than Neti Pot or Nose Spray Bottle

As a long-term sinusitis sufferer with a deviated septum and post-nasal drip and whose sinuses get stuffed up all year-round, I can not overstate how great this product is. Ordered at end of January 2022 and it came in a few days and was packaged well. Unboxed it; read the instructions (very small print); filled it with distilled water and the saline I ordered for it; and pressed it to my right nostril and pressed the On Button. All I have to say is wow! For the first time in years and years of usinig cans of over-the-counter pressurized saline and nettie pots something happened that has never happened before: Saline went in my right nostril and came out my left nostril with a little coming out of my mouth. Next, I used it on my left nostril which was more blocked than my right. It was like I had cotton packed in my sinuses. I pushed the button and for a split second I paniced because the pressure was building up so much I thought my nostril might explode, but suddenly the pressure went dropped and saline flowed from my left nostril to my right with a little coming out my mouth. I gently blew my nose afterward but still felt wet so I gently drew in a breath through my nose and drew a fair amount of phlem the likes of which I have never seen. That was it. Went to bed that night and slept like a baby breathing through my nose the entire night. Used it again the next day then waited a few days and used it again. After that I put it away and did not use it again until tonight (6/6/22) because it's pollen season and I have had to use nasal spray to clear my before bed. After sitting for a little over four months it worked flawlessly. My sinuses are clear again. Will probably use again tomorrow and put it away until I need it again. Strongly recommend this product.

I am very pleased with this device. It's really simple to use if you're familiar with using a neti pot. The set up is easy and the accompanying booklet is straight forward regarding setting up the device. The only thing I'm not sure about is how it's supposed to be cleaned after each use. I plan to call their customer service for clarification. The first evening I used it, I still needed to use my standard chromolyn nasal spray to get my nasal passages open. However, last night after using the SinuPulse my head was nice and clear all night long. Even now the following late morning, I'm not congested. This is really rare. I usually am using my nasal spray every few hours, even in the middle of the night. As a note, I'm using a Xylitol solution instead of the saline solution packets that come with the SinuPulse. From what I've read online, Xylitol is supposed to be much more effective in controlling biofilm in the nasal passages. I use 3 teaspoons Xylitol to 1 cup boiled water. Worked great for 2 months, then it quit working. In response, I posted a one-star review because that was an appropriate response. I didn’t ask for ANYTHING from the company. I simply publicized my dissatisfaction with the product. The company contacted me directly, delivered a genuine apology, and asked if they could make it up to me. That sort of customer service needs to be highlighted and applauded. You can’t build a perfect product but you can always work to get better. I was VERY impressed with their response. As a result, I am going to try it again, because it was AWESOME when it was working.

This worked very well for 4 months but then unfortunately stopped working.

My daughter bought this item for her husband and son. Her son that uses it is 6 years old and he can work it like a champ - so I would rate this product high on ease of use for that reason alone. She has this to say about it: The SinuPulse Traveler a good quality product, well built and easy to use. It will be easy to travel with as well. My husband & son use it on a daily basis and it had helped tremendously to keep sinus congestion away - especially during this pollen season. My son gets congested easy with allergies and I have already noticed a change in him in the short time we have used it. To use it is super easy - untwist the bottom and fill with water and the saline packets that come with it. Twist back in place and you hear a click to know it’s locked in place. Place in nose and get a good seal and hit the power button. Go order one now!

My wife has used this product for a couple months and very satisfied with its performance. We had a problem with the sinus tip that would not click in place when inserting the tip into the knob of the nasal irrigator handle. Glen with the manufacturer, Health Solutions Medical Products Corp., contacted me directly by phone and their was an easy solution to the problem. Used a lubricating gel on the insertion end of the sinus tip and problem easily resolved. Thank you for great personal service to Glen.

After recurring sinus issues I was advised by my GP to try flushing them using a neti pot. When researching I found this and and reviews were excellent. It works well, has great battery life and comes with sachets to make up the solution with cooled, boiled water. High quality item which is worth paying extra for.

Pile of junk, stopped working after 5 months, avoid!!!!

Worked fine but didn't do anything that the cheaper models do. I get that it does this 'wave' thing but I honestly didn't notice a difference. It does clear your nose, but like I say, wish I'd got a cheaper model.
