Does this actually change the shape of your nose overtime? I have worn it while sleeping for 2 nights now

Yes, but for the worse. It will stretch your alar, so when you’re not wearing them, your nose would look wider.

I have a short high nose, will this help bring down my nostrils as well.? Make them a lil longer?

I’m not sure about bringing them down, but they definitely make your nostrils a little longer. These are meant to give the button nose effect without any surgery.
