Every morning I scoop this into my drink and think, “Ah yes, I am a disciplined adult who has their life together.” There is no taste. No smell. No drama. It just disappears into whatever liquid you put it in like it has somewhere important to be. This is creatine powder, which for me means one thing: part of my daily routine that makes me feel like I am doing something productive for my body, even if I cannot point to a single cinematic montage proving it. I mix it with water or my morning drink, stir it for a few seconds, and move on with my life. No chalky aftertaste. No weird sweetness. No chemical regret. What I like most is how boring it is, and I mean that in the best way. It dissolves easily, does not upset my stomach, and does not try to convince me it tastes like fruit punch from a science lab. I take it every morning without thinking, which is exactly what I want from something I plan to use long term. Do I feel dramatically different? Not really. Am I lifting cars over my head? Sadly, no. But I am consistent with it, and consistency is doing most of the heavy lifting here. Sometimes trusting the process is the whole point. The container is simple, the powder lasts a long time, and the value is solid compared to similar options. The only downside is that if you are expecting instant, obvious results that slap you in the face, this is not that kind of product. It is quiet. It works in the background. If you want something tasteless, easy to mix, and simple to add to your routine without thinking about it, this is a great buy. If you need flashy flavors or immediate proof that something is happening, you might be disappointed. For me, this is a 5 out of 5. I will keep taking it every morning and confidently nodding at myself like I know what I am doing.

I was previously taking L-Glutamine *capsules* for a couple of years, then stopped because I didn't think I needed them anymore. My original reason for taking L-Glutamine was because I wanted to cut back on drinking alcohol, and L-Glutamine was recommended to not only kill alcohol cravings but carb cravings too. AND it also helps restore GABA or GAMA or something in the brain that needs fixing if you were a heavy drinker. I wasn't, but I did start remembering my dreams, for what that's worth. Anyhow I stopped taking the capsules when I ran out. Then I had diarrhea FOR FIVE WEEKS. I didn't change my diet or anything else, so I was at a loss. I didn't eat any Diarrhea Lettuce or any of the other recently-recalled foods. Then it hit me: I hadn't taken L-Glutamine in 5 weeks. I have had diarrhea for 5 weeks. I wondered if there was a connection, so I looked it up and sure enough: L-Glutamine helps the gut! It repairs the gut lining & reduces bad stuff from leaking into the bloodstream from the gut.

I started taking this during a diverticulitis flare. I have tried so many products for diverticulitis both during a flare and for prevention afterwards. So far, I have been taking l-glutamine powder at the recommended dose that stated on the containerdaily for the past 10 months. I started it during a diverticulitis flare and happens. Continue to take it. I have not had a flare in 10 months, fingers crossed, even throughout Thanksgiving and Christmas, I did not watch what I ate and I did not get a flare. This is the only thing that I added to my diet so I’m giving this l- glutamine the credit. I’m actually gaining weight. It takes a little bit to get used to the flavor when you mix it with water, but I don’t mind it anymore. I guess I have acquired a taste for it because I believeis working for me. I don’t know if it truly dissolves in water because when you stir it, the water still looks milky no matter how long you stir it. I would recommend this product and I now have it on my Amazon subscribe and save.

Good quality and taste is mild so easy to drink in water. Was having a terrible bought with microscopic colitis or dye off from a detox protocol one caused the other I think). If you use LGlutamine on an empty stomach 3 times a day (1/2 hour before eating and 2-3 hours after eating) it’ll go straight to the intestines and start the healing. It worked for me once before so I tried it again and sure enough 1 week into the protocol I’m much better. Last time after 2 weeks I was totally back to normal. I use the protocol that starts you at 5gr divided into 2 servings the first day. 10gr 2 different servings a day on 2nd day and for next 4 days 30 gr divided into 3 servings. Then you work back down over the next week. Stay on 5-10 gr a day for maintenance. This is the leaky gut protocol that is gentle but worked very well for my colitis or die off episode. I highly recommend a good clean brand like this with no additives. When you take with food it has different benefits for muscle building and recovery but on an empty stomach it works well to repair the gut. Amazing!!

This supplement is great . It dissolves easy in whenever you’re drinking, you can dissolve it juice or put it in your coffee put it in any type of drink . I took it yesterday as soon as I got it because I’ve been so sore from painting a room and working out . I woke up not sure today. It’s a great supplement for people who are active. There are no side effects. The texture is s powder texture so if you need a supplement that prevents you from being sore, this is definitely the one to take.

This is not unflavored. There is this disgusting taste that makes it very hard to get down. I have to chug it and then am left with a bad taste in my mouth. So, if you think you're getting something that is unflavored, it's a lie.
