Wall needed strong to install this. My walls concrete removed 2-3 times after using this for punch kitbag. Cant try for pull up use.buy only when you have strong walls.

It's a sturdy product...fastners were issue
The media could not be loaded. Yes the metal is good quality..only issue was the poor quality fasteners provided with the product....the fastners provided with product doubled the drilling work because of breaking.Go for your fastners only.
