Love these for soups casseroles they keep the microwave clean and food hot!

Great for bringing lunch to work - but can leak!
These are great little containers to take to work/picnic or simply to enjoy at home. However, even when the cover is snapped on tight, they leak if they're tipped over with soup or fluid in them. Otherwise, their various sizes make them useful for a variety of foods to warm in the microwave and easily carry to work (keep upright in a carrybag). Very good value for the money!! Pretty colors add 'cheer' to your eating experience.

These containers work and has vent option. I using it for soup and leftovers to take to work and open the vent when using the microwave.

Great for Microwave Use
I've bought several of these containers since 2022. I got very tired of spills and explosions of soup in my microwave. So, I decided to give the Sistema containers a try. They are perfect for heating soups and leftovers. Luckily, they are dishwasher safe for the top rack. The lids are easy to open and secure. Before purchasing you'll need to know that tomato sauce products are hard on these plastic containers. They leave permanent stains and over time--no matter what you heat in them--the plastic will be spotted white at the volume level. At that point, throw out the contain and buy a new one. I've used ceramic containers, and they just don't remain sealed. They are also way hotter than these plastic containers. So, if you don't mind replacing them every six months, then these containers are for you.

They are easy to use and I use several sizes and shapes a day. They stand up to machine washing. I keep buying more and have sent them as gifts. I love the colors. So far, the fit and seal has kept them leakproof and my microwave clean.

Microwave but only for 2 minutes 🤷♀️
It says you shouldn't microwave for more than 2 minutes....they're specifically for a microwave, great for porridge or noodles but if I can't heat for more than 2 minutes it defeats the purpose. They aren't spillproof or watertight so be careful.

Bought these as my partner loves to take Oates or cereal for work to have breakfast in the mornings. Turns out the other sizes also work out well for me to use for my work lunches! Great price for them too!
