Everything about this phone has been awesome. I've chosen to downgrade after dropping (and breaking) my galaxy note 20 ultra. The only thing is a sim ejector was not included but otherwise I typically have a backup phone and I'm considering buyer another.Great product. Not as flashy as the pricey note ultra but a really reliable mid range phone. It shipped quickly and works great. I'm writing this review on it and figured I'd leave a quick review while doing other shopping. :)I'm a single mom with two boys and this phone has proven reliable. I am very pleased. The fingerprint reader is about 90% accurate and the same goes for face recognition.

The phone is very nice and has great features but appears that the battery looses half the charge in half a day with very little use, mostly on but not used

I had this phone for awhile now i have no problems with it i like everything bout it came as new like was said .. very nice to have camera work pretty good.

Despite the product name and description (and labeling on the box guaranteeing it was unlocked), this is not an unlocked phone. This phone will only work on T-Mobile (at least that was the case for mine).

The 2 of these I received were actually Brand New, with the Samsung charger, cordless charging, and though battery was dead (they are years old), the battery charged right up, and did well. I like these especially because this the last Samsung (Note 9) with the alert LED on the front, but...Got one of these up and running on ATT, had done all updates, and every time I called out, the call dropped immediately. I had another so I did he same, and stopped before the last security update, and it could call out, but then I put the last update on, and NO CALLS ANYMORE.I suspect this is a VOLTE issue on ATT, and it is highly unlikely they will ever fix it. So, gave up for now.VOLTE is Voice Over LTE meaning voice is converted to internet data and sent out over the phone's data connection, though it is considered voice minutes as far as your plan. Voice was 3G or less, and most or all of that is gone, so you must have VOLTE support software in your phone to make voice calls nowadays. It was working on these Note 9's, but looks like ATT killed it (these phone were not ATT box Branded phones, though seller listed them as ATT). Don't know if they continue to work on other carriers, though.

Very good cellular but it came without fast charging pad I recuest my missing part
