This stuff is cool! I’m a beginner with Pyrography art, and I’ve made a few things that I’ve experimented with using this glow in the dark powder. One item I made, was a name tag for my son’s dog. I mixed the powder with clear gel nail polish, and cured it onto the wood tag. It worked really well! I haven’t really figured out the perfect ratio to mix it, but I keep the powder in a sealed glass jar, with a small measuring spoon and just guess, lol. I’ve mixed it with clear nail polish, gel, nail polish and also acrylic craft paint. It works best over light colors. Anything dark, it doesn’t really have that pop of glow. Pictured is the name tag I made for my son’s dog.

I haven't tested the pigment powder with any resins or paints yet, but I have put it under a common household lamp for 40 seconds, then turned off the lights. The quality seems good, the color is exactly as pictured, the glow well I'll include a picture and you decide, the price is reasonable.

I am an artist, and I purchased the pigment to put in the clearcoat on the final layer of my mural that I did on a floor. I applied over where I had painted white trim. And it turned out amazing! My client is very pleased.

Read the reviews and I will confirm, this purple glows and it's stunning!! I don't know if the negative reviews were bad batches, but it works sith both black light and the sun. Only con is that it doesn't last long at all but that's not a huge issue for my project. I will be mixing into transparent polymer clay so I'll update when all is said and done, though I'm sure I won't be disappointed. Amazon won't allow me to upload a picture at the moment so I'll try later if I'm able. *UPDATE.. As you can see it does work and I can't say enough about this color.. But it does take a while to charge up and doesn't glow very long. I did mix with clay to the point where the clay turned a lilac color, but it was FIMO white translucent so not the most clear, so again getting a charge was difficult. It seemed to look better with Sculpey Premo Translucent but it's quick to fade. I ended up purchasing a similar powder from Solar Color Dust and their glow lasts much longer.

Great stuff! Works great mixed in epoxy resin.

It glows bright and charges well but don’t expect the red to look like the picture shown it glows orange instead.
