I am taking this Digestive enzymes supplement and it has been really effective with combination of Probiotics. This has been really helping me out with my digestion to keep on normal phase. I've had stomach issues for several years now and IBS, and have gone through so many different brands of digestive enzymes. This particular one has helped me the most. Even though I still have some bloating it isn't as bad without the enzyme. I am lactose intolerant, so I'm not sure how well that would help for it. Overall it does help ease stomach discomfort and has been my pick.

I spent several months with stomach and digestive issues. I tried everything thinking maybe I was lactose intolerant, or maybe I needed a gluten-free diet but the pain and discomfort wouldn’t go away. My doctor then decided to put me in digestive enzymes for 6 months and after trying several brands, this brand helped me tremendously. They’re easy to swallow, no strong smell or disgusting taste. This always limited me to how much i could eat and caused me to be really skinny. I started taking pro biotics a few months ago and noticed a significant improvement... I still had bloating and some discomfort here and there, i also cant handle dairy products. I am not lactose intolerant, but any amount of dairy causes me to break out in severe painful cystic acne. I read somewhere that digestive enzymes could possible help with those few things.. Now iv only been taking this for about 4 days but i have noticed how much its been helping me. I am no longer bloated and that last bit of stomach discomfort is gone.. I will update on the dairy after iv been taking this for awhile.

I have had gut problems for over 20 years. I've been to several gastroenterologists who could never figure out just why I suffered so severely from "IBS" Well, "IBS" is just a label for an unknown diagnosis, really. All it means is that your intestine isn't happy when you eat ...but why? Our modern diets consist of many products that we humans were never meant to eat, like diary.
