Never buy from this seller
I had purchased a laptop battery from this seller. The seller sent me a battery which was worst than my old battery in terms of power backup. The battery would die out within a few minutes and would drop from 40% to 0% instantly. The battery supposedly had a one year warranty so I asked for a replacement from the seller. The seller told me to courier back the defective battery so that he may send a new replacement. To my shock the seller resent the same battery back as a replacement which continued to be defective. I eventually requested a refund from the seller as all of this had happened within one month of receiving the product. The seller then stopped responding altogether. Thank God that Amazon customer support intervened and got my refund issued. Never buy from this seller as he is out to cheat the customers. Also would like to give a special thanks to Amazon customer support team for helping out in this matter.
