No Tie Dress Shoe Laces for Men, Waxed Thin Oxford Round Shoelaces

These are a great cheat code for professional looking shoes. The “laces” are super easy to install, like it takes seconds, and they look sharp. I can’t say I love the silicone but it gets the job done. They make the shoes easy to slip on and off and they seem to be good quality. My biggest complaint is that the shoes feel a little loose but not so much that I worry about the shoes slipping off.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is the same brand I purchased a few years ago so I repurchased when I need to replace a few of the worn/broken pieces. Considering the rough handling my husband puts these through I feel they are worth every penny. It is amazing how much easier it makes getting his shoes on. He currently has them in a pair of nice leather Rockport shoes, these enable him to slip his foot into his shoes without the worry or need to bend down with a bad back and try to tie laces. I would prefer he use his long handled shoehorn while using these "laces" as the heel of his shoes weren't constructed with slipping them on intended, but it's seems that it's the tongue of the shoe that can be a bit tricky and at times he needs to hold it up in order to slip his foot in. He is a 9.5 4E . All in all it really is a great product if tying shoes causes difficulty, perhaps if there was a long handled grabber that could keep the tongue of the shoes from going into the shoe with your foot these might be even easier to use. I know some athletic shoes have the little area on top of the tongue that allows you to lace through it rather than just over it, this would make these a little bit easier to use completely hands free. I picked these instead of elastic laces because these look much more professional in his dresser work shoes. We use the elastic laces with his sneakers instead bc these little rubbery ones can occasionally pop out of the eyelets . We always have spares of these at his work just in case.

These work well as described. Very simple to put into shoes, a little harder to get out (as other reviews mention) but not too bad if you point the end thru and grab that instead of pulling the 'lace' part. My wife actually tried them two ways - ends IN the shoe and ends OUT just to see how they look and they work both ways, just depends how you want them to look. The shoes my wife wanted them for only had three sets of eyelets and she had to use the longest ones (women's size 9) so not sure these are very 'universal'. Only complaint & the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I'm not sure they would work for a pair of shoes with a full set of eyelets - unless they were stretched alot while wearing.

Fast delivery of their reputable product! A before picture showing dreaded shoe laces. And an after picture showing the difference that INMAKER makes. I picked these shoes up at my local Goodwill. I cleaned them and shined them and added your awesome INMAKER product! I own zero shoes with laces as I’ve replace all laces with INMAKER. These don’t become “untied”. These always look straight laced, professional, and proper! Whenever I get shoes, if they come with laces, before I ever wear them I’m placing an order and replacing the laces. And they have just the right amount of snugness that it never becomes an issue. New shoes should come with these preinstalled. But until they do - I’m replacing laces with INMAKER.

The No Tie Dress Shoe Laces were inexpensive and works great. They were easy to install and really looks good on my shoes.

These were great in theory, but were painful in practice. The laces on my dress shoes kept getting undone, so i thought this was a unique solution. I was wrong. The first pain-point was putting them on my shoes. It took me roughly 20 minutes to get all of them through the holes. When i started to wear them, there was no way to adjust the tightness of the laces. You just had to deal with how loose/tight it was. This was painful because as i walked, my heel would lift, but the back of the shoe did not follow. So, there was no support for my arch. The more I walked around the office or even going out, my feet would feel pain after 1 or 2 hours and I could not take it. They were so uncomfortable. It took me even longer to remove them, so I ended up cutting them off and putting my laces back on. So, the main issue is tightness. Overall, i would not recommend. You need your arch support and this takes it away.

I'd like to point out that the negative reviews for this are correct. There is no getting these off without using scissors and if your feet/shoes are larger than the what the elastic support, they'll probably break. So be careful about choosing the right size and installing them correctly the first time. That being said, they've been 100% perfect for me. I've had them for around a month with zero issues. They fit great, creating a comfortable snug fit. I have no concerns about my shoes slipping off or being too tight. The elastic shows no signs of wear or tear, I expect them to last for a very long time. No one can tell that they're not just regular shoe laces and I get to save time each morning by effortlessly slipping my shoes on. I will definitely be buying more of these for future shoes. Update: Two years later and these things still rock. One is two of the straps have broken, but I've had extras, so no big deal. Once again, highly recommend!

It is not tight enough to keep the shoe together. Needs to be shorter.

Very impressed with these little things. They flex enough for you to slip on shoes, even if the shoes wrap tightly around your heel. I put them on some fairly expensive timberlands and they don't look out of place and I can slip my feet in with no trouble at all. Surprisingly when I walk, the shoes feel like they're hugging my feet and there are no issues with my heel lifting etc. They flex comfortably when you go on your toes, so in terms of comfort I actually rate them higher than laces. I did experience a downside. Initially putting them on the shoes is difficult (especially if your shoes have small lace holes). It took a lot of force and they were very fiddly. I ended up snapping one too, so you need to take care while putting them on. Luckily there were enough that this wasn't an issue to complete the shoes. I still rate them 5 stars because once they're on that's it and their actual use far exceed expectations
