These gloves were recommended to my daughter who was entering her first Spartan Race. Delivery was fast and the gloves well-made. I ordered the medium, but I was worried they would be too big, since I think these are men's sizes. However, they fit her just fine. She is not a big girl, size 8, 5'4" -so they must run a bit small, I would think. She ran the race last weekend and really liked them. Unfortunately, she was so engrossed in the race that she forgot to put them on in the rope climb, just after she waded through waist height water. She did not have them on for fear of getting them wet. She definitely should have worn them at that point, but lesson learned. She wore them after that since there was a lot of carrying, throwing, swinging, climbing....you name it, she did it. And the gloves were perfect. The gave decent wrist support, they did not feel too hot, and gave her hands plenty of protection. She will be wearing them in a few months for her next race. They were not very expensive for what you get. Totally worth it!

These workout gloves are a solid option overall. The material is lightweight, breathable, and comfortable, and they provide a snug fit that feels secure during workouts. The padding does a good job protecting your hands from calluses and friction, and the grip is reliable for lifting. They’re designed with breathable Lycra and microfiber materials to keep hands cool and flexible during training, and in that regard, they perform well. The biggest issue, though, is the wrist wrap design. The strap tends to sit right where a smartwatch rests, and it can press against the buttons, making it uncomfortable and sometimes even triggering the watch during workouts. That’s a frustrating design oversight, especially if you track workouts with a watch. Pros: -Good overall quality for the price -Lightweight and breathable -Comfortable, snug fit -Decent padding and grip Cons: -Wrist wrap interferes with smartwatch buttons -Strap placement could be better designed Overall: A good pair of budget-friendly workout gloves with solid comfort and performance, but the wrist wrap design can be annoying—especially if you wear a smartwatch during training.

After a couple workouts these gloves have become comfortable. They breathe well and get a solid grip on equipment. A 71 year old weight trainer of 52 years…I’ll buy another pair…if these wear out.

Several decades of weightlifting, I’ve used MANY different gloves. These are by far superior to any I’ve used. 1. Clever stapes between two fingers makes them easy to remove. 2. Open to first finger joints allows using digital devices(e.g., iPhone) & adjusting machine settings without removing. 3. Cuffs are designed for use with wrist & hook straps. 4. Palm pads don’t interfere with full grip on weights & machines. 5. Clever design allows use as a mini towel - of course washable. 6. Very low price for value!

Awesome product, comfortable to wear for pull up and weight lifting. Good thickness to protect your pawn, and the design extends to protect wrists. Perfect for home gym.

I recently started doing pull-ups, but my calluses became so painful that I couldn't even manage a single rep. The pain was unbearable. I ordered these workout gloves, and they arrived the very next day. I noticed a massive difference immediately. Not only did they protect my calluses, but they also significantly improved my grip strength and offered great wrist support. After just a few days of use, my calluses flattened back down to normal, and the pain is completely gone. The material feels soft yet durable, providing excellent padding for my palms. I really wish I had bought these when I first started going to the gym. One of the coolest things I liked is these gloves have tiny loops between the fingers which aid in easy removal once the workout is done as they really hug your hands. I highly recommend them to any beginner! Hopefully, they hold up well over time.

The quality seems good, but these gloves were too thick and too tight for my hands. Because of the extra padding, I couldn't get a proper grip on dumbbells, barbells, or pull-up bars. My hands also got sweaty very quickly because they fit so tightly. I gave them several workouts, hoping they would break in, but they just made lifting less comfortable and affected my grip. They may work for some people, but they weren't a good choice for my training style.

Compré estos guantes ATERCEL hace 3 semanas y ya los he usado bastante en entrenamiento de pesas, dominadas y máquinas en el gimnasio. Son, sin duda, los mejores guantes de gimnasio que he probado en relación calidad-precio. Lo que más me ha gustado: El acolchado de la palma es perfecto: protege muy bien contra callos y rozaduras sin ser demasiado grueso, así mantienes buena sensibilidad con las barras y mancuernas. El grip de silicona es excelente, incluso con las manos sudadas. No se resbala nada. Son muy transpirables y ligeros, no se calientan ni acumulan sudor como otros guantes más baratos que he tenido. El ajuste es genial (pedí talla L y me queda como un guante, ni flojos ni apretados). El velcro es de buena calidad y sujeta bien la muñeca. Después de bastantes sesiones siguen como nuevos, sin desgaste visible. Los he lavado a mano un par de veces y no han perdido nada de calidad. Lo único que podría mejorar (aunque no es un problema grave) es que al principio tenían un olor muy suave a nuevo que desapareció en un par de días. En resumen: por 11€ es una compra brutal. Si buscas guantes cómodos, con buen agarre y que duren, estos son los que necesitas. Los recomiendo 100 % tanto a principiantes como a gente que entrena en serio.
