I took this on vacation with me to Aruba. I took it every morning for seven days. I did happen to have / and need- more energy because we were doing excursions and such and also thought that after the vacation would be over that I would have gained more weight because I was eating vacation food and not my normal shakes, and Safe foods. To my absolute shock , that scale dropped down 6 pounds by the time we were home. I did not ever do it without alcohol and I was even able to sleep peacefully at night. This new formal is nothing like the old one, and not in a good way. I felt zero energy (even after upping the dose from one to two at a time), and nothing changed in my weight loss. I had hit a plateau in my weight loss and was hoping this would boost it. Nope. With the last batch I could literally feel the energy, like I'd chugged caffeine or something. It was amazing! Looks like I'll have to go on the hunt again for a good stimulant.

I was one of the OG formula stans. This new one is solid. Really good appetite suppressant. I started taking one early am and one at lunch. No more desk snacking. However, my energy was more smooth. I didn’t have the jitters and anxiety but also didn’t get the kick I needed to power through a workout… until I added another pill first thing in the am. Then I had the same energy as when taking my pre-workout- without the crawling skin. So, for me, 2 in the am and 1 in the afternoon is the key. Elevated mood and improved focus are a nice touch. You need to take this on an empty stomach. Make sure in the morning before eating anything. If you decide to take another one later in the day, just make sure again its on an empty stomach like 3 hours after you've eaten anything. Do 30 min cardio 30 min after you take the first capsule in the morning again do the cardio on an empty stomach before your first meal of the day. Also eat clean, no refinded sugars and keep your caloric intake negative to your RDI. You can calculate your RDI using any RDI calculator online or have Open AI calculate for you. This was a replacement for the original product, OxyExtreme, and it is definitely not the same. The original gives a bit more "kick" and you can feel the effects of the thermogenic. With this current version, I can't even tell that I am taking anything.

If you ever took the original product you would know that this. Is nothing like that. I used to stay awake all day long, running for miles on end play soccer all day , great sex drive and all great mood on the original one . But I don’t feel that here . It actually made me sleepy sometimes. If you took the original one then you’d notice the big difference.
