RQ12 Shaver Head for Philips Norelco SensoTouch 3D Replacement Shaving Head

The product is good and working fine, but needed to be extremely patience regarding delivery.. it took almost one and half minutes nth for the product to be delivered

For whatever reason, the search for a genuine replacement Norelco shaver head is not easy. Prices vary greatly and some appear to be knock-offs that are packaged in authentic looking packages. I was bitterly disappointed in a previous RQ12 replacement head purchase. It was absolute junk. It did not cut as well as my old head and it fell to pieces within 90 days. This replacement head however, IS A PLEASANT SURPRISE. Other reviews of this product said it was only the blades-- I can affirm that the product delivered to me is the COMPLETE head. Best of all, it works as well as the original. The shave quality for me has been excellent.

I dont understand why sellers picture an item and when you receive it, it is not the same. I specifically wanted the plate design on heads to be like pictured.. what i received was not the same and if known i would have purchased from elsewhere and saved myself some money.. Getting sooooo sick of sellers not selling what they have advertised.

It only fit the shaver with force even though it is clearly labeled as a replacement head. The higher noise level was immediately apparent. I thought that may have been because the razors/cutters and heads had not seated. The shaver head was very stiff, unlike the Norelco shaver head, and showed very little flex. The worst was that it did not even give a close shave. I compared the groves of the replacement head to the original head and the replacement head grooves were simpler and the same over the entire head while the original Norelco head groves varied to allow cutting of various hair stubble lengths. Bottom line: I put the old shaver head back on and had a closer shave than the new replacement head gave. Not going to return it as I understand merchants, such as Amazon, track returns and may hold it against me in the future. I'm filing it in the waste can.
