High quality creatine that is easy to digest and mixes very well. Pretty straightforward.

I just put it in about a cup of water, mix, and down it. No flavor at all. I don't like things I have to use with fruit juice or some other calorie ridden thing to make it palatable. This doesn't require anything to mask the taste because there is no taste! Perfect. I have never tried this type of supplement before, so I am hopeful for the benefits.

Please change the packaging. The bag is a pain in the $&!

I can left way more than before using creatine but it’s not about that I had severe brain damage. I could not talk due to the stroke. I notice I could talk way better due to the creatine.
