Excellent tool for packaging covers
Excellent product for sealing all types of hdpe and plastic packaging covers. We can set upto 8 levels of temperature ranges, but for normal packaging upto level 2 is enough. The sealing is a breeze with this machine and even a layman can operate. 2 spare coils are provided. The machine comes with 5 years warranty and it value for yor money with great satisfaction.

A credible product
Enem sealing machine is a reliable product. I purchased it 3 yearsback. Last few days sealing has some problems and the company managed to got it repaired in good condition free of cost. I am satisfied with this product and management of after service.

Bad product
I purchased this one last year and it worked fine till recently. I had to order a new one after it stopped working. But unfortunately the product quality has gone down. I ordered through Amazon twice and had to return them because they didn't work. Then I contacted the customer care and as per their advice purchased one directly from the company. Same problem, it either doesn't seal or melts the package. When I contacted the customer care they want me to return the product for which I have to pay the postage. This is unbelievable. At least amazon doesn't ask you to pay for returning the product. I run a restaurant and this is really bothering me. How can they sell products that you have to return thrice within a month. Considering alternate option now and want a refund from Enem.

Build in Quality Product !!!
When I made the initial purchase, Amazon sent me an old product; I returned it, and a new one was sent to me. I am writing this review after using the product for seven days; it is excellent and easy to use.
