Usually this brand is wonderful and stretches nicely to form. However, I have now received 2 defective boxes that they won't stretch. I am not sure why. Do these boxes have expiration dates on them? I didn't see one. Or possibly they are being stored in really extreme temperatures that make them ineffective. I did notice that the effective ones are thinner in the wrapper, where the defective ones look thicker.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent purchase. The barriers no longer mold as they previously did and instead return to their original shape, which significantly impacts their intended use. This change is unacceptable, particularly for those of us who rely on this product’s performance and consistency. The previous design worked effectively, and there was no need for alteration. If this issue cannot be resolved or if the original formula is no longer available, I will have to consider alternative products moving forward. I would appreciate your prompt response regarding this matter.

Seem to protect just fine. I am new to having to wear a bag . So I am still testing products.
