What is the difference between ultra clear and this regular oil? Are then quality differences other than color? Why will you go for clear vs this?

Both oils are beneficial for skin and hair. However, clear emu oil has also been filtered, and the solid portion (stearin fraction) of the oil has been removed. The resulting clear oil has more oleic and linoleic acids and less palmitic and stearic acids. Due to its essential fatty acid composition, clear emu oil has higher anti-inflammatory effect. It also has a lighter feel, and many users prefer this for daytime applications.

I just noticed you have 2 emu oils one hexane free the other is not. Why have both and whats the difference in performance?

It's the same emu oil. One label says hexane-free, the other one doesn't; but both oils are hexane-free. (We added the phrase hexane-free to our new label design since many customers were asking about it.)

What is Emu oil good for? What is it safe to use on?

I use it for light pain relief and healing, adding it to Blue Emu. I also use a tiny bit on dry skin (it goes a long way) and it's safe for your skin.

Shipping weight says 7.2 oz, for bottle containing 8 oz of emu oil. Is it packed with Helium?
