It came. It is just 1 pill per dose most of the others I have found are 2 pills. This is a very nice option. This is the 3rd one of these I have used. I like this brand. I take them with a number of other supplements and they work. Mixing them together like this has not caused any issues or problems. I detect no scent or smell good or bad. This batch of the pills is darker in color than the first one that I purchased. I don't know why but it doesn't seem to have had any bad effects. The pill is a kind of what I would call the standard size. The magnesium pills I also take are much larger. These are about the size of standard tylenol. The pills have the standard clear pill in two parts then closed together. They are easy to swallow. I will continue to buy these.

This health supplement which includes a lot of healthy ingredients is a high quality. If you want to be strong, I recommend these pills sized medium. Really worth the price and smells good too. Also helps you get better sleep. The pills size is not that big and is easy to swallow.

Meets expectations

I was hoping for an alternative that wouldn’t have the same major side effects as Flomax (e.g. retrograde, headache, etc.). While the side effects all went away, this doesn’t seem to work as well. After 2 weeks, it’s back to a weak pee stream and up 3x a night… so it’s not really doing what I hoped it would do. If it doesn’t improve after this first bottle then it’s back to MD (and probably urologist) for some other treatment. My PSA is steady at 1.6, which at 70 is great, so I’m not worried about anything beyond age-related BPS being the problem. All I want is to sleep through the night and be able to pee beyond the distance of my feet!

Works good, but doctor keeps warning me won’t work for long. Taking a year and still seems to help.
