latex finger cots
I am allergic to adhesives which means I can't use bandaids and such. So.. I often use these with a little gauze. Works for a short time - You need various sizes. This large size is perfect for thumbs. I also purchased the XL and they are HUGE... maybe for your big toe? The medium works for all my other fingers. You don't want to cut off circulation. They ARE latex in case that's an allergy for you. They are pretty thin so they stand up to heavy use. And they will fill with water if you put the opening edge under water or faucet. They are an ivory color.

They work perfectly for what I need them for. They are a bit tight on the thumb but not overly so.

So helpful for protecting my fingers
The dermatologist had to get aggressive with removing some warts, this being the third try. While the wounds are healing up, I needed something that would go over the band-aids. These finger cots work great at keeping moisture out so I can work in the kitchen, wash my hands, etc. I do change them out after about four hours since sweat from my finger will wet the bandage underneath. I find it helpful to stretch the cot open, place my bandaged finger in the cot and then roll it on the finger. This is size Large for small fingers with bandages.
