Awesome Night Target Practice
Used as targets at Nerf war party in gym. Kids loved, parents raved. Light is attached to inner top of balloon so it is well lit and whole balloon is lit. Light isn't just sitting loosely in bottom of balloon.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, Filled them up at 1:00 p.m. the light hardly visible at that time By 6:00 p.m. unless in total darkness there was NO LIGHT except for a spot where the light was laying on the balloon. We had filled them with helium but within a few hours they were falling to the floor. We believe the batteries were to heavy because the balloons that came with the helium stayed up for a few days after the party. I bought similar balloons a few years ago that were Awesome and lasted for days, DO NOT BUY THESE. Amazon should return them to the dealer.

LED light up balloons
These balloons worked well for my daughter's birthday party. The lights in the room need to be off or dimmed significantly for you to be able to see the balloon lights otherwise you'll be disappointed. Some of the balloons did pop and the batteries/lights inside the balloons dispersed everywhere. This can be very dangerous for younger children who like to ingest little pieces.

Great Glowing Balloons
These are awesome! Easy to blow up either with a pump or the old fashioned way. The lights flash different colors, which is neat, and not obtrusively. It's a gentle, glowing, color-changing flash, not a strong, strobe flash. They were a big hit at a grown-ups birthday party. They added a nice festive touch scattered around the room. And two days post party, the lights still are flashing, albeit less brightly. I highly recommend them especially given the great price!
