Easy to use, value for money
Nice product, can easily print logo, QR code, barcode, pdf, any image. I am using this printer for my business from last 10 days and I am highly impress with the performance of this machine. I recommend it to all who need to print 25x50 sticker or 58mm bills from this printer The only cons of this printer is that you can only take the paper roll that can be fit within the printer.

Absolute Crap - DO NOT BUY
I bought this with high hopes of moving our business to all bar codes and automation.... Ended up with a huge disappointment. The product - looks sturdy.... normal, nothing fancy Customer Support - non existent... cannot assist... will only tell you - what can I do if this is not working. I suggest you return the product. I had a simple software issue where the printer is printing some junk and no bar codes and the customer service was unable to fix the issue.
