TEGA Carbon Fiber Insole (1 Pair) - for Turf Toe, Foot Fractures, Hallux Rigidus and Limitus - Rigid Shoe Insert for Sports, Hiking, Trekking, Basketball, Running

I bought these inserts at the recommendation of my podiatrist who has had great success with this product. My story is that I had bunion surgery several years ago, but the damage from the bunions caused arthritis in my big toe joints. This in turn caused strain on my Achilles tendon. I needed a solution. I’ve been using these inserts a couple weeks now and I am already noticing improvement. Not only are my feet and toe joints feeling better, but my Achilles tendon appears to be less stained and does not hurt as much. These insoles are impeccably made to the exact size listed. They are so thin and fit perfectly under my custom insert. They are stiff without any give at all which supports my feet perfectly. Even with long walks, I don’t feel the rigid insole, but my feet feel better when I return. I do not know something like this could help my feet and Achilles so much. Highly recommended!!!

Honestly, I was very skeptical about purchasing these. I've been wearing them now for a couple of weeks and they have really made a huge difference! I'm so excited, I want them in every pair of shoes I own. Took a bit of time getting used to there was a slight pain in my arch for maybe 2 days but no more now. I wear a 6.5 and the ones in my boot are slightly to short at the top of my toe but other than that are great!. I wanted to try all the smaller things before moving on to injections and any type of surgery.

My orthopedist recommended getting carbon fiber insoles for the osteoarthritis in my feet. After reviewing the comments on Amazon for multiple such insoles I chose the Tega Carbon Fiber insoles. Many of the other insoles had a note from Amazon that they were frequently returned for various reasons, including poor fit. I ordered the Tega insoles because it is thinner than most while retaining its rigidity. This leaves more room in the shoe to accommodate the insoles while still providing the stiffness to avoid the flexion that causes the bone on bone pain of osteoarthritis. While the product was more costly than some other choices it was a perfect fit for both my New Balance 608's and my Brooks Ghost 15 shoes and well worth the additional cost. The product was easy to insert and the customer support is very responsive. I would highly recommend this product.

The insoles seem to be doing their job well in keeping the pressure off the sesamoid joint helping alleviate pain.

My Podiatrist recommended that I buy a pair of carbon fiber insoles after a foot surgery to help keep my foot stable. So, after checking oother reviews online, I chose this pair of TEGA carbon fiber insoles. I am extremely happy with the quality of these insoles. The form and fit is perfect. I wear them in all of my shoes. I find them simple to put under any original Insole in my shoes. I even use them in my water shoes for stability. These TEGA insoles are so light weight and comfortable, I forget they are in my shoes. My foot problems have also gone away with the help of these TEGA insoles. These were well worth the money.

They were pretty good, but when you put them in the shoe and have your sock on your socks are sliding all over because there is no like non-skid on the top where your sock would be under your foot so not comfortable you slipping around

These insoles are the perfect solution for me. I have recurring stress fractures of my feet due to osteoporosis. I need to wear shoes with a rigid sole to prevent my foot from rolling. These inserts are thin so they don't change the fit of the shoe while providing the rigid support I need. They allow me to safely wear the comfortable shoes I have. I'm grateful!

Updated review. After contacting customer support I was assisted in ordering the correct size for my shoe. They sent me a return shipping label and shipped out new insoles that arrived very quickly. The new insole fit correctly and worked perfectly for my recovery of a 5th metatarsal fracture. If you are having trouble deciding on the correct size it may be helpful to just contact customer support before ordering. They are very helpful and responsive. I ordered a size Women's 6.5. The sizing guidelines stated they measured 8.9 to 9.1. The insoles I received measured 8.5 inches. I'm not sure how you can order the correct size insoles when their on sizing chart is incorrect. Only plus I have to say is that they are very thin and hard. Would have worked well if I could have found the right size.

Diese Einlegesohlen helfen mir zwar beim Gehen (sie entlasten das Zehgelenk), aber das Stehen auf diesen Einlagen fühlt sich gar nicht gut an. Schon nach ca. 2 Stunden im Stehen fühlten sich meine Füße sehr erschöpft an. Ohne die Einlagen kann ich problemlos auch deutlich länger stehen.

I got these specifically because they came as a pair but I only received 1 in my package, I emailed the company directly and they quickly resolved the problem. Insoles are great, nice and rigged providing great support for my toes.

This was suggested to me by my physiotherapist and it has been amazing as besides my foot fracture i had a number of the other foot issues mentioned. So very happy, very reasonably priced as well.
