These have been an amazing solution for my 88-year-old father. We have tried many pairs of hearing aids including very expensive ones. My father is 60% deaf in one ear and 40% deaf in the other. Something about this specific kind, I don't know if it's the amplifier or because we made sure to get securely fitting...ithas made these be a godsend. Hearing aids. We've had to have the volume up 3... With these we have them at a 1 and he can hear extremely well and the TV doesn't have to be blaring. I cannot explain enough the criticality of ensuring you have the correct earbud size. This is not information I understood until reading one of the notes on their description of these hearing aids. Then I did a bunch of research. THIS IS CRITICAL TO PREVENT THE SQUEALING/WHISTLING. I had never paid attention to this part of a hearing aid before. I actually looked at the size of my dad's ear hole and he needs extra large earbuds (14 mm) to fit securely within his ear. This truly is made all the difference in the world. Perhaps it would have helped on past hearing aids but we will never know because we're going to continue to invest in this very budget friendly solution. Why would we spend hundreds and thousands of dollars when we can spend less and get fabulous results? It's a little tricky to get the USB pieces into the hearing aid but once figured out... We use a rocking motion after putting one end in first... It works well. We are also very impressed that we only have to charge these once a week. We've only had these since the end of December and it is now only mid-January so don't know how long they're going to last. We're hoping they will have endurance as this brand claims, these are 5-year hearing. We were thinking even if we have to buy these twice a year, they're still cheaper than other solutions and these actually really really work! We are beyond pleased with this purchase and strongly encourage other people to try them. Very important note again. Make sure you get the right size and shape earbud to fit securely within your ear.

I've bought these multiple times. Other brands stopped working, these haven't. But I have lost them and one pair was put in the laundry (my bad!). My hearing tests all fail but I can't afford hearing aids. The real issue with these amplifiers is that they amplify **EVERYTHING**, not just the sounds you can't hear. This means that while my left ear can hear some sound and can't hear other sounds - the amplifier does make the harder-to-hear sounds louder. BUT is also makes the sounds that I can *already* hear louder as well, so I'm blasting my ears out. That said, I only use these on an as-needed basis., I'd recommend that same to anyone else.

These don't work no matter what the volume is or what mode it's on you hear nothing but static and can't get rid of it they are complete trash best get a different name brand

I HAVE PURCHASED SIMILAR AMPLIFIERS FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND LEARNED THE MORE YOU USE IT THE FASTER THEY BREAK DOWN. THEY LOOK ALIKE BUT ARE FROM DIFFERENT CHINESE FACTORIES. I GOT THEM FOR MY PARENTS AND FAMILY. PRICE WISE THEY DO A DECENT JOB. THIS PARTICULAR MODEL I GOT FOR MY AUNT THAT LIVES IN A DIFFERENT STATE I HAD EXPLAINED HOW TO USE IT BUT!! SHE CALLED ME UPSET BECAUSE THERE WAS NO CHARGER. I WAS DOUBLE CHECKING THEIR ADD AND THEY HARDLY MENTIONED THE CHARGING. I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE OF THE STRESS OF MY AUNT AND I HAD TO ORDER AN EXTRA USB CHARGER. I AM VERY UPSET FOR THE MISS INFO SHE IS WAITING FOR THE CHARGER THAT COST ME 30% OF THE AMPLIFIER. I HOPE IT WORKS AS IT SHOULD IF NOT I WILL RETUN IT THAT IS THE IMPORTANCE OF BUYING EXTRA WARRANTY. MANY ITEMS ARE FROM INDEPENDENT SELLERS AND AMAZON ONLY ACCEPTS RETURNS FOR A FEW WEEKS. MOST AMPLIFIERS LAST LESS THAN A YEAR SO FOR $4 YOU CAN GET A REPLACEMENT WITH EXTENDED WARRANTY. GOOD LUCK AND DO NOT FORGET TAKE BREAKS USING THEM BECAUSE THEY GET HOT AFTER 90 MINUTES OR SO.

The good: The sound quality is on point, and the noise canceling features actually work very well. The amplifiers are well-made, not fragile, hold a long charge, and are easy to use. This has to be one of the best-priced hearing amplifiers around for the quality of it. The bad: Because there is a wire in the sound tube, you can not cut it to adjust the length. The length is for people with large ears. For my family member (a smaller woman), the sound tubes are too long and the control unit does not sit on top of her ear properly. They fall off her ears if she moves her head. It's too bad because she LOVES the way they sound. Only other complaint she has is that she says she hears an echo of her own voice slightly, but I think this is probably just due to the fit as well.

I have severe hearing loss and have spent a lot of money trying to find a hearing aid that works. These hearing amplifiers are my "go-to" hearing amplifiers. They have enough volume for me. These are my fourth set. They last about a year as I beat them up and they are ready to be replaced. Can't beat the price. For me, I get my money's worth with each new set. They are simple to use. Battery lasts over 24 hours.

Purchased this hearing amplifier after losing my $3000 hearing aid and could not be happier. The sound quality is equal to that of the hearing aid but much better than that of the Clearon that I had before. I could not find the Clearon on Amazon after it stopped taking a charge saw these and decided to try them. The only drawback for me as that the controls are labeled N and O for the on/off and N means on and the volume control moves down to increase the volume but once I got used to that all is good. Must be a Chinese quirk. I gave these a much higher rating when I purchases them in January 2023. In March of 2023 both units malfunctioned and I reported the problem to the company. They sent 2 new ones no questions asked. Move ahead to August 5 2023 and both units will not hold a charge and have stopped working. I informed the seller and he told me they were guaranteed for 6 months. I told him that they were new in March but he said that the original order was places in January and that is the date they go by. He told me to buy a new air because I had given them such a great review and I knew what high quality they were. The second set lasted 4 months and the first set a little over 2 months. Certainly not a ringing endorsement as to the longevity of this product. My original rating as to the sound quality stands but it's a moot point if they cannot be recharged.
