Healthier than usual
The flavor is good but... ...I tried preparing in two different ways: Once by dropping in the rice pot and once by pan frying. Maybe, due to no MSG, the flavor was a tad weak. Also, maybe due to the relatively low fat content, it was a tad dry. Overall a quality product that I will continue purchasing.

Delicious
The flavor is excellent, high quality meat, less greasy than other sausage. Had to fight with my son over the last one, I lost but all is fair in sausage battles! Will order again.
