Does it come with instructions on how to insert it?

Yes it does! I took me a few times to really get it perfect.

How are these different from other ecoblossom cups?

Price is better than others that cost $40

What is the length of the cup?

Length is about a little over inch

I have high cervix 70cm... is the large size fit? I never give birth before

The best thing about this having 2 sizes is you can try each out and see what works best for you. I have a high cervix and noticed some times if the flow is light I use the smaller one but in heavy days switch or major leaks. I still also invest in panty liners.
