How are the sanding pads attached to the plate?

Velcro or something like it. It hasn’t been sticking very good as of late, I’m not very impressed with the method of attachment.

Does this come with a depth gauge? Thanks

hello, would this work well for all aspects of installing locking luxury vinyl flooring?

I actually used mine to do vinyl self stick tiles,undercut the trim and repair several areas of our floors to exact fit. I love my Rockwell cutting machine and I am going to be buying a second one because I need one for my shop! Great purchase!
