This did everything for my hair that it said it would! Made it SOOOO easy to comb thru - - and my hair is *ridiculously* inclined to tangle. Just for fun. Without provocation. I'm a mostly black mutt and my hair is no joke like five different textures all over from 2c to 3b; it takes me at least a half hour to detangle it after a wash usually (if I want to keep more of it in my scalp than in my comb, but sometimes I just give up tbh... So painful 😧). I didn't even *try* to be gentle with it with this though (because I didn't have to!) and it was virtually effortless. It softened my hair, elongated my curls so that in the places that are closer to 3b and beyond (but like an angry, unruly, erratic 3b), you could actually see the pattern! I LOVE this product plus the serum one in the hair milk line, and I will never ever be without either again. For sure.

This product definitely does what it's advertised to do. Easily detangles your hair for ease of styling, and helps define my wavy hair. I do wish the fragrance was softer. Very heavy on fragrance, which could interfere with your own favorite perfume or body spray. Other than that, I like the product very much

My daughter has tight ringlet curls (3A/B) and they are starting to get dried out at the ends. We were nearing the end of a cheap curl detangler cream and I was on the hunt for something a little better quality. This was a top recommendation from Amazon, so after reading some reviews, I decided to take the plunge. I am very impressed! We've only used it a couple of times, but the product has done wonders to get the knots out. I used it after her shower (but didn't wash her hair) and the next morning when I spritzed her hair to get out the bed-head knots, the brush went through like butter. It was a dream! It honestly is the consistency of lotion, and kind of smells like "non-scented" lotion, so I'd say that's the only *minor* complaint, but I'd rather have an awesome product with no scent than a bad product with great scent. So happy with this purchase!

My kid has type 4 curls and this works perfect for co-washing. We wash 4x a week during school bc she likes to wear her hair down. It smells great and has great texture. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is because you need a lot. I can’t tell you how many bottles we have purchased! The best.

Purchased this for my son who has long curly hair and I have to say wow! I love there products so I wasn't too surprised at how beautiful it made his curls look! No frizzy hair! Highly recommended!

Great stuff! Takes the place of several products that many of us have to pile on to tame the frizz and curl: leave-in conditioner, detangler, and antifrizz cream. I have a lot of hair so combining those steps/products saves a ton of time and money. Plus, it doesn't take much, (compared to other products, we all know the dime-size portions the bottles suggest are a total lie), in fact if you use too much you will know by the residue it leaves. Putting this on in place of the leave-in and detangler cuts the time it takes me to comb through the rat's nest in about half. On a bad day that means 10-15 min instead of 30. It does not style or hold, so the fact that it has no smell is great. That means it won't clash with the scent of whatever styling products you put on top of it. I typically use Miss Jessie's mixed girls cream.

This is a pretty good product for waves/curls. Good definition and frizz control. The smell isn’t to my liking. Reminds me of grandma’s cold cream. Definitely leaves a filmy residue. I will try again using less product to see if that helps with the residue (maybe I used too much) and see if I can get used to the scent. Compared to the many many products I’ve tried for curl control, this is above average. I have Caucasian wavy/curly hair.

I have very fine, thin, curly hair and it has taken a bit to figure out this product. Now that I have, I am happy with it. The biggest difference was learning to mix a little of all the products I am using on the back of my hand to see how they combine. I now know what products I can combine it with and am getting much better results.
