Alexander Hamilton: Founding Father: the Real Story of His Life, His Loves, and His Death Paperback – Import, 27 January 2016

I like this version of Hamilton, its just enough info to get that Disney channel Broadway mockery out my mind. Incredible man. War hero. Declaration signer, party leader, writer, prideful, bad quickdraw.

This is an incredibly poorly written book. For the price, I wasn't expecting much, but it doesn't live up to my lowest expectations. The first chapter contains factual error, confused facts and syntax, and this gem, "Hamilton instantly took Burr as his model. Who wouldn't?" Or this "Opportunity knocked in the form of a hurricane. A hurricane? Yes, a hurricane." I could not get past the first chapter, even though it promised, "Just as in his early years, there were people with whom he had strong relationships that helped to shape his life. The next person to do this was George Washington. That is the subject of the next chapter." I think I could get better information from Wikipedia. So sorry I wasted my money on this.

I enjoyed reading this book. I learned a lot about Alexander Hamilton. The book covered his entire life. This book explains a man that made a huge impact on our society, in a short well written book. It's amazing what you can learn when you take the time to read into someone's life, especially someone as important to history as this. One of the reasons I picked this book up was a desire to become more familiar with Alexander Hamilton. Not only is Hamilton left behind by the other founding fathers who would one day ascend to the presidency, but he is also over-looked as the only non-native major player in our country's founding.Mark Steinberg does an excellent job in fanning an inquisitiveness that is only natural in regard to such a multi-faceted man. Highly recommended piece, and very well translated.

this book has bad grammar and typos! as a student in high school i cannot take a failing grade due to the books poor facts. Please consider getting additional people to read your draft before putting it onto amazon, good facts, but some are not useful. read 2 pages and found an error. Saying Mary got remarried, then saying Hamiltons mom divorced him! like it's not just little things like spelling errors, but i was confused at some points!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! also the print is very big, so it may be 200 pages but there is not that many facts :<<
