Q: Can someone please tell me if this spray bottle has an adjustable nozzle that can squirt a line of water, as well as spray? Thank you!

Yes, it does. You can adjust it to varying degrees of spray width from a narrow line to a wide spray. The only weird thing is the sprayer spins freely from the nut which connects to the bottle, however in daily use it doesn't really matter as the nut doesn't accidentally come loose. We love this spray bottle and highly recommend it.

Q: Does this sprayer work well using olive oil?

many of the sprayers I had did not work with cleaning chemicals, I did not try olive oil, the bottles are awesome if the sprayers were better quality to match

Q: will it spray bbq sauce smoothly?

Not a good idea to spray BBQ sauce!!
